Servicing

Servicing and repairs to your garden machinery are carried out in our workshop by our manufacturer trained technicians and is available for many brands. To book a machine into our workshop please call us on 01522 793575 or email enquiries@tysonmowers.co.uk. Below is a guide to which types of machines we service and repair with a full service starting price including vat. When booking we will give you an estimate of the time it will take before your machine is at the top of our worklist. In busy periods it can take up to 6 weeks to reach the top. They are all serviced or repaired in the order they are booked in. We will then contact you to arrange collection, or delivery by you, when we are ready to work on it. This will normally be completed within one week and allows you to keep using your machine, if it’s still working, enabling us to keep the ones we are working on safely, due to limited storage space. We advise getting your machine serviced at the end of the season. A service over the winter period prepares it for storage and ready for use in the Spring. REPAIRS Repairs will be quoted on an individual basis and will consider time spent on the machine and the price of parts. Labour is charged by the half hour. Our current hourly rate is £58.
